Deposit Policy

50% of the total reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

The remaining balance will be charged within 30 days of check-in.

If the reservation is made within 30 days of check-in, 100% of the total will be charged.

Cancelation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to check-in. 100% of the total will be charged for cancellations received within 30 days of check-in (or in the event of no-shows or early departures).

No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portions of a package. We reserve the right to cancel or modify transactions where it appears the customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains a mistake or error.

Every unit has a maximum capacity of 4 persons per casita and 6 persons per condo. Any additional person will be charged BZ$25.00 extra per person.
